Each morning Darrell uses fresh products from local farms to prepare a main course for the day. Bacon, sausage, ham, or smoked salmon complement fresh cheeses to produce delightful egg dishes of many kinds such as baked Omelets, and variations of Eggs Benedict. Waffles topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream or yogurt, or maple syrup are frequently offered. Caramelized baked French toast is popular with our quests. We welcome suggestions, and special requests from our guests.
